Learn more about our bestselling Flexatile roof seal!

Our Flexatile Roof Flashings are an Australian made roof flashing that is used to create a waterproof seal around conduit or any roof penetrations. It’s:
– Lightweight
– Nontoxic
– Non-corrosive
– Has a 20-year warranty
– BAL certified
– Can be painted to match any roof colour
It is designed for the application onto tiled roofs such as terracotta, slate, and concrete. Our Flexatile is made from EPDM, Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer F3490, which means it is Ozone and UV Resistant, proving that it can withstand temperatures from -40C to 115C. It comes in the colour black to ensure discrete application and function but can be painted with acrylic house paint to suit any roof colour. Being BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) Certified, any houses in dangerous bushfire regions can be sure that our Flexatile will not catch on fire, if exposed to embers or burning objects.

Product Specification
Our Flexatile has a base size of 280mm x 450mm and displays a rubber cone in the center to securely hold the electrical conduit in place. The rubber cone can suit a pipe size range from 5mm to 150mm (depending on where you cut the cone down) Installation put simply 1. Remove the protective backing on the underside 2. Cut the rubber cone down to suit your conduit size 3. Bring your conduit up through the cone and apply pressure to the flashing on the roof to ensure it remains firmly in place. We do recommend applying a bead of silicone around the edge for extra protection. Remember: It is always a good idea to clean the tile first for better adhesion.
