Yes, mistakes can happen and we are always available to help you out with your order if need be. Just call 1300 818 419 within 2 hours of placing your order (because our dispatch is so fast), and we can change your existing order to meet your requirements.
If you no longer require the products you have ordered, don’t worry, we won’t take it personally, just call 1300 818 419 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order and we can stop our dispatch team in their tracks.
Waiting is hard, we know, so to find the whereabouts of your order, call 1300 818 419 or email email@example.com. Let us know your order number and we will inform you of the location of your package. We also provide an email with your invoice and tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping options include Direct Freight shipping for all Aussies, or in store pick-up if travelling is your thing. We also offer express shipping for customers within the Express Post zone (this is not a made up thing – we promise).
Thanks to our speedy team, your order will be dispatched on the same day, if ordered before 4:30pm Monday – Friday. It will be taken on our Direct Freight Express Shipping service if you live in an Express Post zone, which can take between 1 – 5 working days. If you live outside of the Express Post zone, your package will still be given priority and should be received within 3 days of processing as per Australia Post guidelines.
PV Connections Online offers free delivery within Australia on all orders $500 and above, (excl. GST). Orders under $500 will incur a $20+GST delivery charge. So, if I were you, I would get more of those cable glands 😉
Unfortunately, we don’t currently deliver outside of Australia. Call 1300 818 419 if you need this service, as we may be able to arrange a carrier pigeon in order to accommodate international customers.
Even the perfect ones get it wrong sometimes, and we understand that. If the product you received is a smidge off our usual high standards, returning your goods is pretty easy.
When returning your goods, all products must be:
- Purchased within 7 days of return
- Kept in original packaging
- Must contain proof of purchase
- Must be unused
- If the products are claimed faulty, we can only return it if the products are no longer able to be used, or thoroughly damaged
- Goods made-to-order, customer specification, non-catalogue items, or product cut-to-length are under no circumstances acceptable for credit or return.
To return faulty products, you can either post the goods in the packaging it came in along with the proof of purchase to:

Or deliver the goods yourself if you are near our above location and aren’t afraid to meet your heroes (that’s us).
In order to qualify for a return, you must return your products within 7 days of receiving your products, And because our delivery is so quick, you will have plenty of time to think about your excuse for the boot print on the FlashRite.
If duct tape and hot glue just won’t suffice, and the products you have received are beyond a bit of Aussie ingenuity, we can fix the problem and exchange the goods with working replacements.
PV Connections offers over-the-phone and online payments using Visa or Mastercard payment. Crypto will never be an option (sorry.)
