The Solarflex 25mm HD UV Pre-wired Conduit with 2 x 6mm + Earth in a 50-metre roll is the thicker-cable option in the Solarflex range, designed for solar installations where 6mm² conductors are required for longer cable runs or higher current capacity. Two 6mm² active conductors plus earth come pre-threaded through heavy-duty, UV-resistant 25mm conduit. The 6mm² cable size is typically specified when voltage drop calculations require a larger conductor — common on installs with longer distances between the array and the inverter, or on systems with higher string currents. Having these cables pre-wired in conduit means you get the benefits of compliant cable protection without the time cost of manual threading. At 50 metres per roll, this sits between the standard 30m and 60m lengths, giving installers enough run for most residential and light commercial jobs that call for 6mm cable. All cables meet IEC 62930 solar cable standards, and the conduit is fully marked to AS 61386, self-extinguishing, and made in Australia.
