The 25mm Plain to Screwed Elbow Grey from PV Connections provides a 90-degree direction change while also transitioning from plain conduit to a screwed entry point. One end accepts standard 25mm flexible conduit (plain), while the other has a screwed connection for entering threaded enclosures, gland plates, or junction boxes at an angle.

This fitting is commonly used when a conduit run needs to turn into an enclosure that’s mounted on a wall or the underside of a roof. Rather than using a straight adaptor and a separate elbow, this combined fitting does both jobs in one — fewer parts, cleaner install, less time on the tools.

Includes a lock ring for securing the screwed connection. Supplied in grey, in a pack of 20, and Australian made. Compatible with Solarflex conduit and all standard 25mm flexible conduit systems. Technical data sheets are available for download.

Is Solarflex compliant with regulations?

The Solarflex conduit is fully marked to AS61386 and is now also underground compliant. All DC power cables used in our solar conduit are compliant to IEC62930. Besides that, Solarflex is also heavy-duty, UV resistant and made in Australia.

Bayswater is a bit of a drive for me so I go when I need said items. Like the multi hole glands. They are inadequate at my local suppliers so I pick up a box when I'm in the area. The one thing I don't like is the price of the labels. As I said, they are up to date with ever changing standards but that contributes to pricey custom made labels. Hard to work around I guess.
